He managed the claims department of the insurance brokerage firm, set procedures and policies for the department, and acted as a liaison for individual and corporate clients in the entertainment industry.

Early in his career, Mr. Posner worked in the security industry as co-owner and partner of Crime Prevention Inc. He managed the armed and unarmed security guard company, providing security to retail businesses, apartment complexes, and special events.

Mr. Posner has a BA in psychology from California State University, Northridge, and a JD from the University of West Los Angeles. He has served on the board of directors of Major Impact Theater, which works with people with intellectual disabilities.
